ADW Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) Mission StatementCatholic Youth Organization (CYO) athletic programs seek to help young men and women, within The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington (ADW), foster strong principles of teamwork and sportsmanship both on and off the field. The CYO further aims to help ADW youth develop their physical talent and learn to play fairly and enthusiastically, while appreciating Christ’s presence in their opponents. Through their athletic programs and training linked to parish life CYO offers young people, coaches and their families another opportunity to work together in communion to show the world a new vision of “competition” in athletics.

Student - Athlete Oath
" It is your responsibility to be a student. It is a PRIVILAGE to become a student-athlete "
Participating in any CYO/St Anthony Club/Team is a PRIVILAGE
Failure to uphold student standards and expectations may lead to excused practices and/or games.
Any referral will lead to a 1 game suspension
2 referrals may lead to REMOVAL FROM CYO TEAM with no refund

CYO Eligibility / Registration & Prices
Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) athletic programs are available for children ages 6-14 and one of the following criteria must apply:
- Any Student at St. Anthony Catholic School OR a Parishioner at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church
- A Catholic parishioner at another Catholic Church that does NOT have a CYO program in the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW)
- A student at a Catholic parochial school of the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW) that does NOT have a CYO program.

CYO / Sports ClubsSt. Anthony is blessed to have Dwight Singleton, Athletic / CYO Director , enhancing athletic offerings after school. This program is for St. Anthony Catholic School students, giving student-athletes opportunities to develop and compete in ADW CYO Athletic Programs. Please contact Mr.Singleton or call 202.526.4657, ext. 408 directly if you have any questions regarding our athletic offerings.
